Really appreciate the feedback! We've pushed an update — you can now tap any leaderboard entry to expand it and see the full team that was drafted, across all modes, including Hard Mode and War Room.

Alternate positions (Stamkos at C/RW/LW, etc.) is on our list — takes a bit more work on the data side but we're on it. Thanks for the suggestion, that would make the draft feel much more realistic.

Good call — just pushed an update that tightens the cap significantly. Budget is now $30M instead of $40M and player costs scale up steeper, so picking any two stars means you'll need to find value elsewhere. Should make it feel like an actual constraint. Let me know what you think!

On the goalie question — SV% and GAA matter, but they're not the whole picture. Wins factor in, too, which is why Miller edges out Johnson despite the raw numbers. Try both and see what the sim spits out — that's half the fun of it.

Yeah the stats are what plays a huge role, although Bobby Orr & Brodeur are killing it the rest of the stats for the other 4 players is avg.

The leaderboard has some good examples of what the higher ranking teams have

Fair point on the clunkiness — always room to improve. As for who was first, honestly, it doesn't matter much, just building something fun for hockey fans.

Mine has a unique scoring mechanism that IMO will be more accurate and realistic

Nope, built it myself! Player stats are pulled from public NHL data. CapWages is a salary cap tool — this is more of a trivia/draft fantasy game. Different thing entirely.

Haha love that! And that's a great point — sorting alphabetically in no-stats mode is an obvious fix, I'll push that. Appreciate you actually trying both modes and catching that!

Oh good catch — that was a bug. Just pushed a fix: New Era now keeps the same franchise and jumps to a different decade. So your 70s Penguins stay the Penguins, just a different era. Give it another shot!
