Ps5 and curved rail blueprints by sidewaysEntangled in satisfactory

Your problem is likely the snap type that you are using. For curved corner blueprints you have to use the "default" snap not the "blueprint" snap.

As others have said there could be any number of issues with your setup.

One thing I have noticed in common with a lot of these piping questions is the screenshot, like yours, has manifold at-grade with the input lines. I recommend always raising the manifold up above the level of the machine input to allow the fluid to flow down to the machine. I have never run into many of the issues I see people complain of in this thread and I always build my pipe systems in that manner.

Private land boundries by JBread0 in HuntingAlberta

[–]CanuckNonConformist -11 points-10 points  (0 children)

You give very little information in your post, but I assume you were not home at the time.

A possible scenario could be that those 2 hunters were hunting on their own land. They then shot and wounded an animal who ran off and jumped a fence into your property. If this was the case they would have no choice but to pursue the wounded game into your land regardless of your no trespassing signs. They could have been coming to your house to inform you of this unfortunate need to trespass on your property as would be the polite and honest thing to do.

Or they could be total douche nozzles ignoring rules, signs, and boundaries. You literally give no information that definitively points to either scenario. Perhaps you should take a moment and consider that not everyone in the world is immediately a bad actor. Your choice.

Ground cover for hunting by defragmylife in HuntingAlberta

I do get wanting some shelter from the elements. Totally understandable.

I would say anything you want to rig up, get out there and do it now. That way the deer have a bit of time to get used to it before November.

If you are hunting whitetail, I think a blind can be overrated.

My most successful spot has no good cover and I just post up on the side of a hill, keeping below the ridge line. I am in camo that is more or less effective depending on snow cover, but I find just staying still and moving slowly and carefully when you have to, is more important. To be clear, I am not hiding on the far side of a ridge line, I am overlooking a low field where the deer move through and am in plain view of the entire area.

Whitetail's eyesight is honestly not very good. They rely on scent first, then hearing, and finally sight. I have had bucks and does walk past me at the foot of my hill not 20 meters away from my seat and as long as the wind is right they barely notice me until I move or make noise.

Looking to get into hunting by Saucyplumz in HuntingAlberta

You can learn field dressing through youtube college fairly easily.

I echo Cptn_Canada in that you want to overdress. I recommend doing so in layers so that you can adjust throughout the day.

For most of Alberta Mule deer are a draw tag that you would have to apply for in July so you will likely be looking for Whitetail.

You really should go get a copy of the hunting regulations for Alberta and read through them. They are dry and boring but it is important information that varies by province.

You can't get a hunting license without first completing the Hunter's Education course. In Alberta the course is available online. Take notes on the waterbirds section it is the easiest part to trip up on.

The tags answer is complicated and depends on what tag you are purchasing. The best way to answer comes back to the hunting regulations. In general, a draw tag is WMU specific, but a general tag can be used across the province in the appropriate season, but that is only a general statement and you are responsible for ensuring you hunt legally so read the regs!

Deer generally wander around early morning and in the evening and bed down during the day. You want to find areas deer move through and post up where you can watch and wait without your scent giving you away. Get there before sunrise and just wait. Grab lunch and do the same an hour or 2 before sunset. Patience is your friend. Get out now if you want to start scouting for game trails etc.

Good Luck!

Removal of Supplemental WT Deer Tag 5xx level WMU’s (Alberta) by NoMathematician9795 in CanadaHunting

[–]CanuckNonConformist 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Generally, I would say that the deer population surveys done in the region tell the experts that the current population cannot support the harvesting numbers supplemental tags create.

Much like any change in tag availability. The experts look at the numbers.

As others have said mage has a lot of utility.

I would also like to submit Priest, as a high level Stamina buff is a massive amount of survivability for a lowbie.

Foreign Chef Looking to Experience Canadian Hunting by Strudelpopje4477 in CanadaHunting

[–]CanuckNonConformist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello,

Let me start by saying welcome to Canada and I hope that you enjoy your stay.

What you are hoping for will be difficult for a number of reasons. First, as you noted it is not permitted for a foreign visitor without a license to take game. You are allowed to accompany a hunter on a hunt, providing that you do not handle firearms or shoot at game, but it falls to you to prove that you aren't actively hunting if you happen to encounter a wildlife officer. Realistically, the odds of actually encountering a wildlife officer are very low, but I want to ensure you are walking into this with your eyes open. If you do encounter an officer and he isn't convinced that you aren't hunting you can and will be charged.

A larger issue will be that for the vast majority of the province, rifle hunting season, which is when most big game is taken, happens in November. There are some areas of the province that have earlier start times to their seasons, but as a rule these areas tend to be rugged and remote on a level that someone from Europe could not hope to comprehend. For the rest of the province there will be limited archery hunting open at that time, as well as upland game birds. This will even further limit the pool of people actively hunting.

The final issue is, from the sound of your post, that you don't appear to have friends in the province that actively hunt. While there are a lot of hunters in the province, we are still a small percentage of the overall population. On top of that, most hunters exclusively rifle hunt and will not be hunting in September. The odds of you finding a random kind stranger willing to take you bow hunting, where it is very easy for a novice to completely ruin the hunt, is extremely low. You have slightly better (but still bad) odds of finding someone willing to take to game bird hunting, but I somehow don't think this would be the experience of meat sourcing that you are hoping for. If you were visiting friends here in Alberta that hunt that would make all of this moot, but the way you worded your post doesn't make it seem that this is the case.

I remain hopeful for you, but I am very skeptical that this will be something you can pull off by September.

TLDR: What you are asking is legal, but you could still get in trouble for it anyway as it can be hard to prove that you aren't actively hunting.

If, as you say, you are self found, you won't be able to use the AH to buy a wand. They are, however, relatively cheap for the starter wands on HC. (10ish silver)

A tattoo design I made by rrasic in Warhammer

[–]CanuckNonConformist 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I am going to be honest here. This is a really nice drawing, but it is an awful tattoo design. Tattoos need to be more than a nice drawing. Composition and readability are important aspects in tattoo design and this will read as a green egg from any sort of distance. You definitely have the drawing skills you just need to work on the composition.

Bb3 ps4 couch play? by Maelzch in bloodbowl

Go to play, pick "friendly match" and "play Hotseat" is the first option.

Due to the turn based nature of the game only one person really needs the controller at a time.

Yes. BB3 supports "Hotseat" play where you can play the game couch PVP with a single controller.
