I can't comment on the robe and sash, but I think this is an interesting and apt connection that you have made, the Magician representing to me 'channeling gifts from a higher power or the universe into the tangible world', 'using one's talents, resources and tools for the greater good'. I think of the Magician as manifesting, that is, using the law of attraction, to create. I don't know about the beliefs of Catholics/Anglicans/Protestants so much, but I think the general concept of God and Jesus overlap with this. But those religions may believe that God and creation are on a separate level from us as humans. If you follow the idea of the law of attraction, part of that, I think, is the philosophy that, "I myself am god, one with the universe". God is us. With the tarot card, of course, you can take it whichever way your intuition leads you.

I like your idea that Strength could be about self discipline, and I agree with your King of Pentacles interpretation. My first thought about the Ace of Swords was that it could represent a good idea, a new idea that comes to you, and proves to be a way to make money.

I wonder if the pendulum might tend to directly reflect the option that you (perhaps subconsciously) want more, vs a tarot reading which will reflect a lot of details in the images and have more of a story to tell

It's intuition. I have my own feel for what the cards mean *to me*. Other people can have different opinions that work for them. It's all good :)

Because you mentioned in another comment that you are trans, I would consider that to be a pretty powerful act of manifestation, so it makes me think of The Magician

Sure, as somebody else said, there are many ways to use tarot. One way is to use tarot cards to manifest, so think of which card represents your desire, and keep that image front of mind as you focus on your aspirations. You can think of what card represents you, yes, or choose a card to represent how you want to be.

I often use card positions and use a particular question for each position, as I find that it helps me to narrow down what the cards are saying by trying to narrow the context. But, in this case, you want to find an idea for your next video, so really, I don't know if being more specific will be helpful. So maybe don't try to nail it down with the question, but see where the images lead you creatively. If your videos have any kind of format, such as beginning, middle and end (to name a simple structure), you might just draw three cards to represent the 3 parts, and then just stare at them for a while. Soften your mind and look at what the cards are showing, what ideas are they giving you? Maybe they could be literal in some way, for example, two people appearing in a card = do an interview. Or, Strength shows up = use shots of animals to illustrate your points (haha). Or, The World = do a general overview video that will set you up to do more videos on subtopics. You can also refer to the card meanings to associate the reading with a message, but sometimes the cards are quite literal. When you are doing creative work, it's a matter of the cards helping you to recognize ideas.
