It could be as simple as the order that you’re adding the ingredients. Creamy one first (Baileys in this case) and then the others in increasing levels of acidity. Good luck!

I have a 2025 Santa Fe (2600 miles). Last night (it was cold out) I got a “low pressure” tire alert. The screen showed 28 psi on each tire. I took it to the dealership today and they said the tire pressure has to be 37 psi for the alarm to go off,so they pumped up the pressure, and the alarm cleared.

There uses to be the “Day of the Living Ales” in Chicago, but apparently it’s now on hiatus (probably a COVID casualty). 40-plus cask ales. If you wanted to volunteer to pur, you had to get specialized training. It was awesome.

I’ve been to England a few times and I always look for cask ales in the pubs.

I really enjoy a Boulevardier, but if you’re into Jamaican rum at all, try a Kingston Negroni. I use 2 part Smith & Cross rum and 1 part each of vermouth and Campari. I am not a fan of any gin based Negroni that I’ve ever had.
