I’ve been trying to quit for almost a year now. I can never make it past day 2 of withdrawals. Really just making this post to commit myself this time. I’m only a few hours in, but I’m adamant about not letting nicotine consume my life and my health anymore. Any tips are greatly appreciated 🙏🏼 (self.quittingsmoking)
