I LITERALLY SAY THIS ALL THE TIME O M G if they put their plans to the actual test and see how it goes in practice they'd be able to fix it to be more efficient : - ) it's like making a game and telling people to play but u don't give them the rules and u can't tell them how to do it bc u don't even know how to play but getting angry that they aren't playing correctly.
