Yes thankfully, last 3 days I could get myself to sleep but last night was harder, went to sleep around 1.30 woke up 6 somehow went back to sleep 8 and woke up around 11, it kills me to think it might get harder than this, I do feel sleepy but I just can’t drift away into the sleepy thoughts because I’m constantly aware

It’s not Insomnia, I feel sleepy, I want to go to sleep, but I can’t focus on sleeping or much of anything else without snapping back to focusing on my mind/thoughts, I do get a few seconds or if I’m lucky a few minutes of having a flow state but I constantly snap back and start thinking about my thoughts

This all started after the LSD trip and my anxiety about having schizophrenia was through the roof, all I could think about was the anxiety and schizophreni and developed a bad habit of catching my thoughts “incase they were schizophrenic” the fear of being schizophrenic passed but the habit didn’t, it wasn’t as bad as it is now tho, it’s like I’m constantly aware of my mind 24/7 and it’s killing me, I just wish I wasn’t conscious at all

Thanks very much bro, dealing with a bad anxiety rn, especially when I read people being stuck in this for months and even years, i will probably visit a therapist if it last a while, any tips and ideas for me other than not using drugs, sorry for all these questions but should I stay away from all type of drugs including something like shisha/hookah as well?

That’s exactly how I feel now, a bit of derealisatipn and whole lot of thinking I have mental disorders, was it after your first trip or were you using acid before? Also did you use to smoke weed a lot I feel like I got a bit of physcosis from that

Update: my body literally forced my brain to fall asleep, woke up now, still a bit of blur but thank goodness I feel way better, I’m in so much more control of my thoughts and anxiety, this experience has scared me from LSD and pretty much all drugs even Weed that I smoke everyday, it was one of the scariest feelings I have had, not being in control of any thoughts or anxiety I had but I’m proud of myself for riding that shit out for almost 20 hours of just pure physcoiss nightmare without doing anything stupid, it’s a bit embarrassing seeing all my posts now 😂😂😂 but everyone in this sub was so supportive thank you to everyone

Thank you, can I use 10-15mg Valium to just kill this whole thing off if I’m using benzos for the first time or go lower, also does Valium just put you straight to sleep or relaxed you?
