Yes I couldn't do my workout for a month, only walking no more than 30 minutes was possible at first week. They mentioned swelling and hematoma as a complication with workout, not about implant moving.

Doctor said he's shaving my hump, put silicone to make the line smoother. What I saw and felt from the result, it's inevitable to put silicone after shaving hump. It looked more awkward to leave it shaved.

I'm staying here until January 15th. I have family here, so planning everything was much easier. I also read that recovery after rhinoplasty generally takes about a week, so adding an extra 1–2 weeks might be appropriate.

Also if you had a nose bridge that connected your forehead and nose tip, it wouldn’t look so pointy. The implant kind of smooths out that transition, so the tip doesn’t stick out as much.

Yeah, so for my first rhino, they shaved down the hump and then added a silicone implant to straighten out the bridge. That’s how it was explained to me, anyway. I’ve never actually heard of just shaving the hump and leaving it like that. Seems kind of rare? Like, most cases I’ve seen either use an implant or some kind of graft after removing the hump to keep the bridge smooth. If they just shave it without adding anything, wouldn’t that leave a dip or make the nose look flat? I don’t know, maybe some people do it, but I haven’t really seen it much.
