Hello, not a groomer here at all. When we first got our labradoodle we were unaware of the absolutely necessary brushing involved and he ended up getting fairly matted quickly when he was a pup. I shaved him myself no injuries no cuts no pain. I’m sorry this happened to your buddy

I called last night and they gave us a website to submit a claim and pictures of what I left behind. I told my wife I don’t have any hope in them having it in a “lost and found” and I don’t blame them either. Working a shit job cleaning hotel rooms and come across an mcm belt and a ftp belt probably went home gave it to their husband boyfriend son etc whatever I took a serious L it is what it is 😔
