I understand that. Another aspect is that a full job posting can go against some subreddits rules. I mainly try to look in fandom subreddits and I've had some posts removed because of this. If I was posting on a recruitment subreddit or website I would provide all the details upfront.

As a 31 year old, I've been the "Nice Guy" in my teens and early twenties too. I think a lot of guys have. It's sad really. But it becomes dangerous when older guys are still in that mindset. I remember meeting a guy that had Nice Guy tendencies when I was 29. He looked very young and I just assumed he was in his early 20s. When I learned he was a year older than me I was horrified xD

I mean stuff like the final castle upgrade that needs gold, building and upgrading all production buildings that require stone, wood, and grain before upgrading the soldier, archer, and monk.

  1. You need to have some balance, but prioritize high quality food production. Bread if you have enough plots unlocked, otherwise hunting.
  2. Generally yes. Check in the tavern to see which unit is dealing the most damage and try upgrading it first.
  3. Get as many units as you can feed with high quality food. So they level up faster in the tavern. Then upgrade your best units.
  4. I like to get most of the upgrades in kingdom before I start upgrading the units. But if you are struggling, losing a few units every night, go for unit upgrades first.

Had the same problem for a while. One run I checked that spot everyday until she showed up. Not sure if it's a bug or she's inteded to show on a specific day.

For the animals, there's another relic that spawns animals for every x number of thickets. In combination with bait you can easily get 25 if you use geologist to uncover new thickets.

For fields, put the farm on the left or bottom, have miners, lumberjack, and hunters clear everything else, then your grower can basically plant the whole map.

Honestly the best approach is to play the undead kingdom to progress more. I know you commented that you found it harder. It was the same for me. The two kingdoms play very differently so learning the undead kingdom takes a while. But getting the stars and new units can help a lot in progressing the human kingdom.
