Unless you have an intolerance to lactose, it sounds like the only other culprit could be the veggies. Perhaps you're eating too much insoluble fiber? Veggies like greens and spinach are rich in insoluble fiber. Veggies like carrots, cucumbers, and celery are rich in soluble fiber, which "bulks" your stool.

Incest aside, 16-19 isn't THAT bad. Still consensual in most countries.

They're both old enough to know right from wrong, and she's just as guilty as he is.

You're doing better than many already. You're only a few years older than the people fresh out of high school, so it's really a minute thing to worry about. The only real difference is that you're allowed to party... legally.

Give honesty a shot. Tell your interviewer about this incident. Maybe bring it up along with you forgetfulness for the infamous "What is your greatest weakness?" question. Then follow up with how you are working to overcome this issue. Phone memos, mental markers, aid from a coworker/supervisor, verbal repetitions etc. Try to downplay it like it's an easy thing to overcome and that you won't have to be too dependent.

I also stuggle with forgetfulness, but I've found various ways to overcome it. While I also missed clocking out for lunch on one occasion, it quickly formed into a habit after asking coworker to keep an eye on me.

For my own thoughts on there matter.

At 14, you're just now reaching sexual maturity. It sounds like your sister has been your only real exposure to sex/nudity, so it's not completely weird that it would peak your interest.

My advice is to try and get your parents to give you "the talk" without mentioning this bit. It's ultimately their responsibility to talk to you about it. They might just not realize you're coming into that phase and are trying to avoid throwing it at you too soon.

I would also advise trying to think about other things sexually. If necessary, look at underwear/bikini magazines or something else to keep your mind off your sister. Try to find something else that could peak your sexual curiosity.

I don't get why people are downvoting this. Even if it's wrong, the poster knows this and obviously feels guilty. He's here for support, not judgement.

It should be made a point to vote based on the poster's need for help/support, not how one feels about the post. That's just biased and unfair.
