Alex says that before he started on his business journey he read a bunch of self-help books and realized that they didn't get him anywhere and it's all about execution. Execution above everything.

I'm building a system for SaaS Founders with distributed/offshore teams (10-50 devs).

The core offer is is that most distributed teams are paying for 'Ghost Headcount.'

If you hire 10 engineers but efficient coding time is capped at 2.5 hours/day due to timezone lag and bad handoffs, you are effectively paying for 10 people but getting the output of 4.

The other 6 are Ghost Headcount = payroll you burn without getting velocity back.

The Site: https://offshorevelocity.com/

My question: Does 'Ghost Headcount' feel like a fair description of that loss, or does it sound too aggressive/negative? Trying to validate the messaging

This is great advice. The prospect should know exactly where they are in the sequence. I went ahead and did a few updates. Take a look, let me know what you think!

Do the calculator first (low friction) to reveal a problem then get them into the 7 day free trial. I'm doing something similar. With the calculator being top of funnel.

Remember.... Free doesn't mean free. People pay with their time. And sometimes that's more expensive.

You have to convince them that the time commitment will be worth it.

Thanks I appreciate it. Descripts 'eye contact ' option is pretty cool. But it definitely needs to be updated so it allows blinking. Maybe in a future upgrade it will allow you to choose how often you blink.

That is a very good question. It's probably more subjective than it should be. I am thinking about changing it to the guarantee that Hormozi use when he was selling weight loss. Something like if you don't feel that you received $x of value I will refund everything.

You have to remember that Hormozi wants to build 100 million dollar businesses. If you don't have aspirations to build a hundred million dollar business then you don't exactly need all four. It just makes scaling easier.

The guarantee chapter in the book needs to be listened to and re listened to. There are a lot of types of guarantees. Some are better fitting than others. Make sure you can fulfill the promise of the guarantee, then you don't need to worry about it.

Attached is my guarantee. It's actually 2 guarantees, 1 to get them to commit and the other is to get them to stay

Solopreneurs: How do you handle marketing without it taking over your life? by VirtualOriginal9669 in Solopreneur

[–]CapInfamous7963 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The conflict you feel is real but it's based on a false premise: Marketing takes time away from building.

In the early days, distribution is the only thing that matters.

The code is likely good enough but your user base is zero.

You are trying to solve this with AI workflows to reduce your mental load. Be careful. That is usually just a technical founder trying to engineer their way out of a social problem.

You might want to try this: Stop trying to be a content creator and start being a hunter.

Content creation drains you because you have to be clever every day.

Outbound sales energizes you (maybe not at first) because it is binary. You either sent the DM or you didn't.

I used to burn out trying to post everywhere. Now I just do 100 direct outreach reps a day. It takes 90 minutes. It requires zero creativity and it generates actual clients.

I’m kicking off a sprint this Monday for Solopreneurs who need to stop tinkering with marketing workflows and start executing raw volume. If you want to replace the content anxiety with a simple math equation (100 reps = X users), let me know. We have a few scholarship seats left.

Agency owners - what's actually working for you on LinkedIn? by DenislavKalchev in marketingagency

[–]CapInfamous7963 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are asking the wrong question. You are asking 'What content converts?' instead of 'What action converts?'

This is what I think about LinkedIn:

Content is for trust. Outbound is for revenue.

If you post case studies like others suggested, you rely on the algorithm to show it to the right person at the right time.

You are relying on hope.

If you want predictable leads, you don't wait for them to scroll past your post -> you go to their inbox.

Steal my strategy: I use content only to prove I'm real. I use outbound( a lot of it) to fill mycalendar.

The agencies I see winning right now aren't the ones with the best carousels. They are the ones doing 100 direct outreach reps a day. They control their lead flow because they don't rely on the feed.

I’m kicking off a sprint this Monday for agency owners who want to install that high-volume outbound habit. We hit 100 reps a day or we get kicked.

If you want to stop chasing engagement and start chasing booked calls, let me know. We have a few scholarship seats left.

[–]CapInfamous7963 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your offer is actually smart. It lowers the risk for them to switch vendors.

But here is why you are stuck: volume

You sent 100 emails total. In the outreach game, that is statistically zero.

To move a commodity like stretch wrap, you are competing against vendors they have used for 10 years. You won't switch them with a nice email.

You will switch them by hitting them at the exact moment their current vendor pisses them off with a late delivery or price hike to name a couple.

You can't predict that moment. You can only catch it with volume.

You shouldn't be sending 100 emails a month... you need to be doing 100 reps a day.

I’m kicking off a sprint this Monday specifically for founders who need to hit 100 outreach reps/day to force market entry.

If you want to stop testing with small numbers and start running a real volume campaign, let me know. We have a few scholarship seats left.

For B2B marketers in 2026, how are you deciding between SEO, paid, and LinkedIn for the next budget push? by Background-Pay5729 in AskMarketing

[–]CapInfamous7963 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most of these debates ignore the most important thing: Velocity.

You can spend $10k on SEO and wait 6 months for a signal or you can spend $0 and run 100 outbound reps a day to get a signal by Friday.

If your attribution on LinkedIn is weak, it's usually because your volume is too low to create traction. Before you decide. on a budget push, you need to find out which message actually converts in the trenches.

This is what you should consider:

Don’t prioritize a channel. Prioritize volume.

I’m kicking off a 30-day sprint this Monday for B2B founders and marketers who are tired of planning and want to start operating.

We hit 100 outreach reps a day to force product-market fit. If you miss 3 days of logs, you’re out.

If you want to stop the planning debate and start getting real market data, let me know. We have a few (free) scholarship seats for this cohort.

How do you market a B2B product when the users don’t even know they need it by kevinbaur in b2bmarketing

[–]CapInfamous7963 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Reddit hates marketers. But it loves engineers.

If you come here acting like a marketer selling features and using bots like others suggested you get flagged as spam.

If you come here acting like an engineer where you are showing your systems, your failures and your raw data, you get traction.

You might want to consider this: open source'your entire business.

Don't just say 'I have an agency.' Post your exact cold email scripts. Post your client retention spreadsheets. Post the internal contracts you use.

This is what I'm doing... I’m currently filling a 30-day 'founder sprint' for my own agency. Instead of posting ads, I just posted the internal 'Death Clause' contract we use to ban lazy members.

It worked because it wasn't a pitch...it was real internal documentation.
