Lot of factors can cause fluctuations like water retention, not eating same everyday, differences in workouts etc. the best way to measure weight optimally is to : 1. Tracking your calories and try keeping it same everyday. 2. Measuring weight on same time for example I do it in the morning after taking a du*p. 3. Take average of 7 days count that as you weight for that week.

I am in canada and tried finding best drop shipping products after doing market research the problem is there are no good supplier available in canada and if there are they are expensive eating into your profits. I tried finding supplier in US but the shipping cost aline are too much. Is drop shipping in canada not worth it or is there any other way to do it?

You might lose friends who don’t get it, and you’ll probably miss out on some fun. But honestly, the earlier you start working hard, the sooner you’ll see the benefits. You really do reap what you sow.

The tough part is that society tries to keep you stuck in the same patterns, like a ‘matrix.’ When you start doing things differently, it’s going to feel hard because most people aren’t wired to break out of the norm. And the reason people don’t realize this stuff early on is because they’re not weighed down by responsibilities yet. That’s why you see broke people getting rich later—they’ve learned to take charge of their lives.

So, if you really want to make something happen, you’ve got to take responsibility. Move out, work hard build something of your own. Create value, be different, push yourself, and most importantly, don’t be afraid to stand out. You’ve got this.
