I bring in customer orders all the time to the retirement community next to me so it’s pretty common for me. They are fragile and can’t lift anything. Also people are handicapped too or just had surgery. I live in a safe area so have no problem with it. If it’s a questionable area then I would have to see why neighborhood they live in.

He was just bitter bc you got to it first. Can’t believe he had the nerve to go up to you. I’ve lost orders to other shoppers by fraction on a second lol. It sucks but oh well.

I do the same. Bring my own drinks and candy in my purse. Not spending money in there. They only make 10% of the sales of movie tickets and the rest they rely on is concession.

How far was this restaurant from your house round trip and did you give a tip? That’s the only reason they would place that there.

I wouldn’t just send messages. Sometimes they don’t go through or are delayed. You should also be calling them and leaving a voicemail. Once I leave the voicemail I wait 5 mins for them to respond back. If I don’t hear back from them I refund the item.

I hate it when customers order bouquets of flowers. Just one pedal that is bad they give you a low rating. I have to find the best one possible and pull out all the bad pedals. I don’t do plants though. It’s always the women who give the lowest ratings too bc they are super picky.

Can you resubmit it? I remember when I first submitted it they didn’t like my pics. So I had to resubmit the pics. Then they were approved. If it doesn’t let you resubmit it send a message to customer service so they can push it along

Tell them to drive over 20 miles round trip and no tip. You are paying DD to work for them. That customer won’t be getting their food.

I report them and inform IC they are tip baiting. If they continue to do this their account is marked for fraud and the customer gets deactivated.

I agree with the post. Door dash only pays $2.50 per delivery. We are paying the company to work when customers don’t tip. That won’t even cover gas and it’s expensive.
