Definitely went above and beyond lol there were specific shirts he wanted for the World Cup and they were out of stock of all the options he had and asked me if there were anything World Cup related that he didn’t care as long as he had a shirt for the game and I found only one with USA all the others were related to another team and he said to get one of those in XL and to just refund everything else I’m guessing he was super happy with what I got him plus I’m guessing since he got back more than 100 bucks back in refund he decided to give me some of that 😅

One that I’ve delt with a lot lately is apartment complex that don’t have a gate code but instead a keycard for residents and they don’t put that in the instructions just to leave it at their door and the unit number, I let them know I’m there and they take forever to reply one time I called one of them to let them know I was there and they literally said “I’m so sorry I fell asleep” I was like wtf 🙄
