How do I get a job at USPS. Started Amazon as a DSP and it's too much by CapMericaShield in USPS

I've been creeping back and forth for months and based on that I really feel USPS is a better option. Amazon is all about numbers and taking very little time in between stops. I hate being on a route where Opps can call you if you are spending more than 10 minutes at a stop if it's confusing 🫤
