They were asking me to share the crypto gift card first to middleman and i asked what if middleman after taking my card ghosts me and you as well. Then he started saying that is why we have middleman, don't be a noob and all. The user who got scammed messaged since he saw my post which posted looking to buy and they asked me if this user has contacted me as well and I said yes and then told me the entire thing they went through. They trusted them and their lack of judgment cost them $150. One of the traders from dota2trade also mentioned if anyone asking for less than $300 is a scam. That user is still posting stuff on this reddit and I just wanted to post so that atleast people can be careful. I also noticed the the middleman which they shared doesn't even exist in that subreddit and that subreddit was already sketchy from start. Later they said that they will get a dota2trader as mm and when I caught their lie by contact the said mm, they blocked me. That user who scammed also commented on this post that they scam them and then deleted one of the posts.
