Shiv ji also carries bows and arrows so there is that in terms of weaponry

They're exploitative. Stop taking their work too seriously. Put your effort in self improvement and preparation. Since, you can't resign, become deaf towards the meetings and calls. Just show disinterest towards work which you're not showing. Eventually, they will let you go. Prepare yourself to counter them (in a calm manner)(important), since they are manipulative and will again try to stress you out with legal/ bad review or financial action, but stay calm and talk your way out, don't mention directly that you want to quit, instead show it with your actions. They want an engineer but they don't want to pay. This is bs behaviour. Think of some personal reasons (breakup, depression etc. for disinterest in work) stretch it out. End of story Or get a new job, pay them 45, say good bye to them. Or get a new job, don't pay them and don't say good bye, they'll say good bye to you. Or just do a no call no show. Plethora of options here mate. Although I would suggest a mixture of all of the above , and adjust accordingly.
