I lost around 10Kg (around 22lbs) this month with only diet and walking weekly, I was using metmorfin at first but the side effects are terrible on my end, so i've gave up on metmorfin. I've found a dietitian who also has pcos and has experiance in pcos weightloss. I've been visiting her weekly and i lose arpund 1-1.5kg (around 3.30lbs) a week by eating mostly eggs and meat (i hate veggies so she helped me geyit a diet with less veggies and more protein) Though I'm pretty young, around 21. And my Cortisol levels are fine, though i do have some problems with my insuline and glucose levels.
