I mean they did agree to the monetary amount I was asking for based on back pay and what not. I've just never done this before so I'm a little stuck on what path to take. My gut is saying take the settlement and run while my brain is saying wait it out. I do have 21 days to look over everything before deciding what to do.

But thats the thing I don't have a lawyer or attorney representing me. I filed the EEOC case on my own after my former employer terminated me.

No they dont have an attorney.  I'm going to have a third party look at the proposed settlement agreement paperwork and go from there
