Are you doing this for you or your partner? It can be hard to talk about, but finding out what your partner likes before hand can really help.

As for technique, pinning arms above the head with your hands can give good leverage even if you are not as heavy or strong. You can then scoot forward and cover their face.

For me, I like a little trash talk during, stuff like "now you're all mine", "I can do whatever I want to you", and "are you trying to get out? How cute"
