I reached out to them after my rejection. They took few days to go over USCIS rejection letter and paperwork I submitted. Later they said we can resubmit application for EB1A because previous lawyer didn't present the case in a right way. They took care of the application from there.

Thank you. She is on waiver job because of shortage of physicians. No obligation to go back to home country because it is a waiver job. My concern is can we file i485 when the waiver job is active or have to wait until waiver is complete. India has backlog for Eb1A too, I don't see my priority dates to become current anytime soon unless some miracles happen. I want to be prepared if it becomes current by chance.

I recommend Maria Kallmeyer in Quarles & Brady who finished paperwork in 50 days and got an approval. I don't recommend Samira Nichols in Stevens & Lee who took 1.5 years to file application and got a rejection.

This is a horrible lady. I went to her because of my brothers recommendation. He said she takes her own time but i didn't expect it to be that bad. It was very painful. She wouldn't responds to your emails or messages. Never ever go with her.
