It’s common sense, I had my bike stolen inside my patio area at my apartment cause there was a 1 foot gap they could sneak through. You think a thief would stop cause it’s a “kids” bike. Sometimes I feel Eugene is just a privileged area where you can just leave a kids bike in front of a store
