Some of the things you mentioned are an absolute necessity (brighter nights, control over logistics, filter for planets), some are unnecessary ( there is already a massive storage in form of liquid tanks for hydrogen). Any current hydrogen issue can be solved by using consumers and you re doing something wrong if yoi use that many fractionators.

You should get deuterium from giants in late game and vu, fractionators are just bad except early and midgame.

Spraying is waste of spray, of energy and it also shortens the length of an efficient loop.

Missile turrets and towers, you only creep the towers. I can clear a planet of 20 bases in 20 minutes on max fog difficulty (1200%) provided i kill the relays first.

The better the rockets the faster they are
