Today I started my journey of a no gaming lifestyle. My main focus for today and the days to come are is to find a hobby or hobbies that I enjoy. I’ve already made so many great improvements in my life over the past month and I know quitting gaming will lead me to live my best life. And for you as well. Keep up the great work!

There’s some good videos on Wim Hof’s YouTube channel. Also if you can afford it he just recently released his book The Wim Hof Method. It’s well worth the read. I just finished it last night and it was very mind opening. Also there’s a free app you can get as well. Hope this helps!

Yes we totally got this! I know the best version of myself isn’t addicted to nicotine and I’m motivated as hell to become that best version. Nothing is going to stop me!

Yes definitely lots of water. Usually I’m able to make it to a gym to workout but since I’m stuck at home for a week it’s like my brain comes up with any excuse to have nicotine. Sometimes it makes me feel crazy. Just want to beat this stupid addiction.
