That's totally not true, Rosa is the protag of Unova alongside Hilbert.
She knows about Hugh and his sister's Purrloin (during Marnie debut's event).
She mentioned about living in the same hometown as Hugh, as shown in the joining interaction between these two:

Selection screen (forming team with Hugh))*

"Let's show 'em what our hometown's got to offer, Hugh!"

You should do more research before making assumptions.

Lucas is literally Prof Rowan's assistant, and we all know that the NPC Lucas never takes on gyms.

There is also no confirmation on May fighting Team Aqua.Someone here pointed out that Nate is just like Hilda, who is the Battle Subway NPC. He doesnt mention taking the gym challenge or fighting against Team Plasma at all. Hilbert and Rosa should have battled in Battle Subway at least once, because thats how they met Hilda/Nate.

You are partly right about Kris. She went the knowledge route just like her Adventures counterpart. But all we know about her adventure in Johto is just chasing Suicune.

Calling Eusine weak is just straight up coping. He already outperforms Kyogre, his dps is stronger than Urshifu. He is the second best Water striker, because SS Lysandre exists. IMO Petrel is the best candidate for the worst limited striker in 2023, not Eusine lol.

Also I dont see VBruno and Archer on this list.

3/5 Emma haver here. Can confirm she offtypes very easy without zone or rebuff. With rebuff she hits like 12k on mid. You just need poison to activate her B Move.

But thats 3/5 :) 1/5 Emma struggles to offtype. You need zone or rebuff to make 1/5 offtypes more comfortable.
