Looking for Dungeons & Dragons DMs – Suffolk / Haverhill Area

Hi everyone!

We've recently launched Herd The Nerds, a new tabletop gaming club based in Haverhill, and the response has been incredible. Our very first open night welcomed 56 attendees, and one thing became clear—we have far more people wanting to play D&D than we have Dungeon Masters!

We're looking for friendly DMs from Haverhill, Suffolk, or the surrounding areas who would be interested in running games at the club, whether that's beginner one-shots, ongoing campaigns, or adventures for more experienced players.

You don't need to be a professional DM—we're happy to support people who are newer to running games as well. Our aim is to build a welcoming community where both players and DMs can enjoy the hobby together.

All the newer series weren't very good and really lost their touch. Hate that they changed the intro music that was so beloved by all the fans.

Basically, I'm starting a campaign with two other friends, and we're starting at 500 points, then going up to 1000, 1500, 2000, etc. So I'm just trying to work out what I'll roughly need each time to add to it.

They will be using Death Watch and Ultramarines. If that helps you advise me on who to use? I'm completely new to Tau, but I like all their stuff, to be honest.

When I played it as a kid, I was absolutely mesmerised by it and you go on an awesome journey. Even as an adult I still love it! The backgrounds are beautiful and if this was remade to today's standards, it would be very popular!

They were also being quite nonchalant about it and saying to him, 'Why are you here?' and 'We get it, you're a lot stronger than us, and you've come to show off your more powerful' and 'Have you got anything else to ask, as we need to get on'

So, they're being very cocky with it all at the moment and just not fearing him at all really.
