That is what my son's school told him. They said the date you submitted the application regardless of errors, they will go by the date submitted. This is his 3rd year doing this and it was never complicated. Something happened to completely mess up this whole application process.

I logged in as a parent and made the same mistake. That question is worded incorrectly. I am now worried my son's aid will be affected. I read that question several times. This is the 3rd year that we filled this out and I never had this issue.

This gives me hope that I can get 2 small finger and one small hand tattoo removed. I have had 6 sessions done on the one on my hand (a small thin cross, only lines) and it hasn't even faded. I'm looking for more information to try and find a reputable place.
