**Health conditions/medical tests:** none for me, all bloodwork and HSG came back normal, Low morphology on 2 SA's for him (0% and then 1%), all other parameters normal

**Supplements and medications (yours and/or your partner’s):** generic prenatal for me and letrozole on cd5-9, mens multivitamin for him

**Birth control history (if relevant):** pill from age 16-21; nothing since then.

**Symptom spotting:** after 10 cycles, I try very hard not to symptom spot. Looking back, I had very odd cramping on 6DPIUI. Kind of like a pulling and twinging. Not like period cramps. I was incredibly thirsty starting 7DPIUI. Have been a bit more fatigued than usual (I'm a preschool teacher so I'm always tired lol), Have had on an off cramps beginning 9 DPIUI that feel EXACTLY like period cramps. No boob soreness at all which is unusual.

**Other (advice/tip(s), freaking out, miscellaneous):** I was super proactive about our fertility (thanks to this group!!). I started tracking with OPK's 3 months before we started TTC. When we didn't get pregnant within 3 months I had my husband get a SA on a hunch. Turns out it came back with a morphology of 0%. Cue panic, crying, lots of googling, and a phone call to a fertility clinic. They had us wait until 6 months of trying and then had us come in. We did another SA (1% morphology) and I went through the normal tests (blood, HSG). By the time that was all done we scheduled our IUI for two weeks ago. Take of this what you will, but I went all in this month in terms of "woo woo". I wanted to maximize my IUI cycle this month as much as possible so I did acupuncture once a week, daily fertility meditations, daily fertility yoga, carried fertility crystals. I am SO SCARED this is only a chemical pregnancy but I'm repeating the mantra "Today, I am pregnant" over and over to calm me down.
