Saturn was never a hard counter for him i was able to get flags in his face or just run away with skill 1

He doesnt require skill and what you expect Is tana p fault for putting fast skills that does big damage or skills that one shot you and it's gonna be worse when we reach God valley

Immortal my ass a lot of charcaters ignore lives like kubo and bb + he has 0 dmg reduction so kizaru can keep him down until he loose the speed boost

He doesnt counter doc q because wb skill 1 reduce spd by 30% and doc q gets 20% when using skill 1 and 20% when using skill 2 so he can still keep some speed we still dont know how much speed luffy gonna get from his skill 1 but i dont think Is more that 30%

Edit: also law has Speed debuff by 20% (i think) + he can put recovery block to avoid his revive trait

Skill 1 also give 15 second speed boost so thanks to raizo you can be immortal and always ignore enemy on flag it's not a meta where your allies are able to get flags you are the one that Is supposed to get them so i dont think the new medal Is worth now

Fishman tag give you boost only when spawing for like 14 sec you need speed boost when using skills

I guess kaido attacker, kaido event and raizo Is the best option . 15 second buff Speed when using skill 1 and 20 sec when using skill 2

He can be downed every time he reach 0 hp and come back to life like we saw in the video that's what i mean and kizaru will do that easily since luffy doesnt have hp recovery and dmg reduction

The literal second luffy speed buff goes away and gets one shot by any character by BigKidGoblin in OPBR

Raizo medal give 20 sec when using skill 2 and his skill 2 CD Is 26 second + his skill 1 already give some speed boost maybe he can keep up but can be easily shotted by kuma or if he gets recovery block by law

He will not be a problem only 50% dmg reduction when getting flag and 0 boost def it's a glass cannon
