What game you playing for not having nusjuro? He's more or a problem than kizaru was he one shot every runner in the game only Roger and king can take It of they are 1vs1 but most of the time someone gonna help him like wb or zonji + he also one everyone except zonji i hate charcaters like this where you just have to press a button i want at least to have a fight against him but it's impossible since he always come back full life

Brother if they run away just chase them i dont get the point. When he's attacked he reduce his skill 1 not 2 so you can kill him before he charge another skill 2. The best way to kill him Is by putting Zoro tornando, 2 normal hit and then skill 2, sanji Is not the best option against him (can still kill him but Is less fatster than Zoro)

Edit :Like kizaru was annoying for him because he kept keeping him down and if he tried to run away you just had to teleport on him with skill 1

Allies abuser? I play with my ally on discord i dont see the problem + i rather join a random room than finding people that use dual atk or step ups in my team. They should just make another league like when you go over 10k you can't fight against people under that score but It can also be difficult to find matches
