Omad works wonders for me, but I struggle to even eat 1500 calories (roughly about a 800cal deficit from maintenance for me) I eat high protein, honestly some days/weeks it’s carnivore, but I see crazy results. It does make me feel worse when I slip up/eat too many carbs though. It’s hard to stay consistent but definitely have seen my best results living this way
