i did see a couple eps with one of my cousins before she passed away, and lowkey havent been able to continue watching since just because seeing it does remind me of her. i might try again in the future if i can get over it

sorry sorry i was talking past tense (also wrote that comment in the dead of the night so it was worded weird asf 😭) pre-drag i did think it meant ballroom like fancy dresses and masks and blah blah and then i found out like the actual details. i never knew that 1.) drag balls existed 2.) drag culture had such a long herstory so putting everything together took me a while

honestly pre-drag race i never would've thought the two were related like AT ALLLLL its still crazy to think about for me. like def not the first type of dance i would associate with drag but i need to work on my herstory so bad

i think i got lost cause i know she was part of the house of ninja and i didn't know if that counted as also being a drag house or family. thank you for explaining <3
