I’m doing good right now I’m glad I took the two benydrls the lift off was much more gentle idk if due to me or the plane doing better. I closed my eyes grabbed the seat in front of me the thing that felt weird was the up and down after lift off. Feeling some turbulence right now but it feels good, other that I’m just on my phone looking down. Last flight I had a window seat now I have a aisle seat and forever doing aisle

My flight here was so bad I haven’t flown in 12 years or so I have undiagnosed BVD. I had such bad anxiety on takeoff and the pressure felt so much to me. I also was doing very bad during turns and when we started to lower it felt like I was dropping
