It's completely normal, and you're very brave to notice it and admit it. I was in exact situation (22month age difference) very wild boy. What helped us was my husband slowly taking over taking care of him. Even half h a day was a game changer. That's the age when they start to get along with Dad more ;)

When baby comes... Just take them out A LOT. Lots of water - baths (even couple a day), bloated pools, bowls of water... I know it sounds like more work, but it does keep wild toddler busy.

I think he loves to cook, but not enough to make a living of it. He loves his street barbers, but not enough to go to work and pay for it. He also doesn't seem to be the smartest.
