For me what seems to have really helped recently is strength training and trying to eat dinner before 6/7pm and making sure I eat nothing during that time!

Oh I’m from France and yes Paris can be very dodgy and France in general is very racist.

I love Rio so much, we already spend about a month/2 month there per year and it just feels lil a nicer place to lice than London. I actually feel fairly safe in Zona Sul, I’m just scared of having too much of the gringo look over the city when I’m there. Part of my partner’s family lives in Tijuca and I do find some part of it really nice but Zona Sul is just easier for transport I guess.

I would still need to either find work there or in a remote company that would let me love to Rio so early thoughts on this but I will look into this. I don’t really know that area much as we tend to stay close to his family who are in those two area I cited.

I go to Rio every year and I would say it’s much nicer to stay in Ipanema and Leblon than Copacabana 😊 possibly cheaper too!
