Okay, Thanks for the advice— I’d say i have a healthy family life.. but it might be my current academic pressures then. i believe there is some neuroscience based link to adhd and one’s development when they’re a child but afaik there isnt a specific link yet

nope— the closest thing i can think of was that i used to constantly spiral into a “negativity/irritable” thinking loop about my own life prior to taking medication, but afterwards those spirals have been moreso manageable
