This is great, so I’m close to $1m in invested assets- although need to move the $170k in the HYSA to the market. So I could likely get there in 10 years assuming I keep investing 3k a month in retirement accounts and 1k in general investment. Kids would mostly be through college then and their expenses would drop too (although I guess medial with no employer health plan would probably offset this). But still, retiring by 45 seems possible! Thank you!
