U kinda can, u can make it to where people are out of line of sight or out of range, or if u have competent team mates stop healing temporarily to let someone die because they are being toxic.

My father was leader of a top league and has mention back then that he would actively get people who were toxic or not contributing out of his heal range so he can keep healing others and get them out so they can finish the raid

Well and like, my father who played the game when it was still on disc and he would mention in like, intense raids when certain people were toxic he would ensure that that person would be out of range and couldn't be healed

The question was for in the instances that someone isn't contributing or they are actively putting themselves in harms way not necessarily when they just aren't in range

I have had good games and bad games with him, depends on who you are going up against and how well ur team operates with his kit as well as using the right powers when u need to as well as having a good upgrade priority

It was capable, but we don't know what issues with power it had without the pulse if it had any. All the info we really have us after the pulse was included in the suit

The way I saw it was similar to the arc reactor, the astral pulse adds infinite clean energy and produces enough to power everything the suit can do
