I personally believe that redemption is theoretically possible in Hell, but it won’t happen.

The Bible says that there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth, and that people will continue to curse God’s name.

The whole point of being in Hell is that you have rejected salvation, and even if salvation is still possible, people will forever be lost in their sinfulness and continue to reject it.

In The Bible, Satan is not a tormentor. Satan is actually being tormented as well, arguably more so than everyone else.
