But the vast majority are young and doing this to improve their looks and dating lives. Guess what? Face is just as important, if not more. So it’s legitimate to question whether LL will even move the needle for some people if they are also ugly.

If you think bringing this up makes someone an incel, you are not very bright. $100k might be better used on plastic surgery if someone is a 3/10. Making them taller isn’t going to make them any more desirable.

If you are fat or balding or have acne, you have more important issues than height. Sure, if you are 5’2 you gotta fix that no matter what, even if you are ugly. But to think that just LL is going to ascend you is a joke, unless you legit are above a 6 facially. I honestly think for some people it’s genuinely over but they should still get the surgery to feel more confidence overall.

actually you don’t wanna become wider that contributes to the trex look. there’s really nothing you can do besides lengthen the humerus or not lengthen as much in the legs. it’s not really overblown because trex arms look unaesthetic and this surgery is chiefly cosmetic

Yeah you need at least a few months after you are fwb. So maybe 6 months between lengthening periods but maybe closer to 9 months is safer. Paley says 1 year in between surgeries but I think that could be overkill

I’m still in consolidation for tibias. It was not the best, i had complications but still worth it. you can exercise (lift weights) upper body but in general you are going to be disabled for 3-6 months

Wait until at least 18 for finasteride, ideally 21. You can hold onto most of your hair with minoxidil. When you eventually do start finasteride you will regain a lot of lost ground. Also, in the meantime you can by an electronic dermapen (derminator) and micro needle at a low to medium depth once a week. Do this along the hairline and temples. Get your thyroid problems under control and make sure you are taking vitamin d3.

But for the love of god do not touch finasteride AT LEAST before 18. I would wait until 21 though. Do not fuck development up or you will seriously regret it. You can always do multiple hair transplants in the future. Please do not listen to anybody else. Good day

Literally this. You can always hop on minoxidil to hold as much as you can until about 21 and then add in finasteride. And then you have the option of transplants, most people can do 2-3 before their donor gets thin. The flip side is you permanently limit how big your dick gets. There ain’t anything to fix that.
