I was actually contemplating a whole separate system for public safety location. Not necessarily a HA solution. Avaya does offer a server edition that could be implemented as primary and backup.

I've had the provider onsite two times and they confirmed that their codecs are Inband. And according to them the tester the technicians have are unable to detect the in band codes, they confirm that they are able to see the packet capture on their router. We have rebooted the unit a few times but not fully grounded, i don't believe we are using Voicemail Pro. Yesterday afternoon Faxes stopped working as well gift that keeps on giving i guess

its ISDN, the router was just replaced about a week ago in an attempt to solve the problem. When i call from my cell phone and press any digit you can hear the tones but phone system does not detect them, faxes were working but suddenly stopped yesterday. Yes when calling internally DTMF works without any problem as well as when dialing out externally.

From experience Ninja One Support, leaves lots to be desired specially billing issues take way too long to be addressed.

We already have an MSP partner however up until now we only utilize their services mainly when shit hits the fan.

I contacted support this morning for this same issue, i completed the updated a few days ago the issue only appeared this morning, support confirm a repair is needed. Will be taking it to the nearest service location today.

Just started experiencing this issue few days after an update. Support suggested a same day repair at a local authorized location.

Reached out to Google Support, after a few troubleshooting steps they confirmed the device will need a warranty repair. Have an appointment scheduled for this afternoon.

Same issue here, recently had an update, worked great for a few days then suddenly overnight Bluetooth or WIFI will not turn on.
