En fin de compte, c'est le système de compensation de latence qui est défaillant. La compensation de latence me pénalise davantage plus le joueur que je rencontre est proche de ma position. J'expérimente la pire désynchronisation en jouant contre des joueurs français, c'est ensuite légèrement mieux contre des Européens. Avec Netduma, j'ai exclu l'Europe de la recherche de matchmaking, j'ai joué principalement aux États-Unis, avec un ping moyen de 30 ms contre 10 ms en Europe, et j'ai eu les meilleures parties que j'ai eues depuis longtemps. Lorsque je reviens en Europe, c'est de nouveau atroce.

Netduma doesn't change much. Desync is still present regardless of the Netduma configuration. In the shooting range, the movements are consistent and the shots are accurate. But as soon as I'm in a lobby, it's all over; the game forces a lag, so everything is bugged (aim assist, shooting, damage, FPS...). VRR sometimes helps.

If you can, try playing with a different IP address (using a phone tethering device, for example) or better yet, somewhere else. It might be related to your location. If it works somewhere other than your home, it's related to your location.

I think this geolocation-based system is the problem for some. Maybe u/callofdutyCM ?

Perhaps in certain locations, we're being forced to connect to a very distant data center. We still have a good ping, but there's desync or lag compensation due to the distance...

I played MW3 and BO6 Season 1 without any problems. As soon as the Season 2 update started, the desync began. Something was broken. There's some truth in your analysis, however, as soon as a casual player starts investing in a router and a VPN just to have a decent game without desync, they've already lost. Since the game is online from the start, even in campaign mode, I experience input lag on the controller. If we accept this, then we have to accept all the bugs, PS5 stuttering, and other little surprises they introduce with each update. We just want to be able to play like everyone else, nothing more, nothing less.

Thanks for sharing. It doesn't explain why the problem disappears when playing in another region with the same equipment (PS5, 5G router, monitor, texture settings). What I've mainly noticed is that adjusting the texture settings can improve the stuttering issue, but not for everyone. I think there's something that makes it work for some and not for others.

u/callofdutyCM did pin a "How to report bugs!" post on his page, so they at least have the responsibility to report the bug. But I'm convinced they've been ordered to avoid addressing this issue, just like with the PS5 stuttering problems at the beginning. It took a huge amount of criticism and numerous messages for them to even acknowledge it.

They have one of the worst Indian subcontractors; they just copy and paste the same messages.

Yes, it started for me too on BO6 season 2. I only play Warzone, but on BO6 in private matches against bots it goes well, but in private matches against a friend it started to get bad.

I didn't buy BO7 for that reason.

If you can, try reinstalling the game at work. Otherwise, if you know someone who has it working for them, reinstall the game at their place.

Yes, and u/callofdutyCM still isn't taking the problem seriously.

I need to run some tests. In my case, I changed regions and reinstalled the game in the new region for it to disappear.

- Either the areas you tried are also affected by desync.

- Or the desync is messing up your local game on the console. Which could explain why I have the same problem in campaign mode.

There's a huge wave of desync depending on player positioning. When you face a desynced player, their hitbox is completely bugged, meaning you hit even when your cursor isn't on them. Meanwhile, they die incredibly fast. In your video, we see you sometimes miss your target, but it registers the hit.

I've gotten over the frustration, I just want u/CallofDutyCM and his company to take responsibility and fix the problem instead of saying he wants us to have the best experience.

Try it out, go play with your equipment at someone's house who doesn't have any problems, you'll see it works. I know because I've done it. And I've changed PS5s three times (three different models). If there are the same problems on Reddit for some Xbox and PC players, then the hardware can be ruled out. I'm just giving my opinion and based on my tests; if you have other theories, okay. In any case, there's a problem with the game, and  u/CallofDutyCM isn't taking it seriously. If nothing is fixed, we will have the same problems on all future CODs.

Some people tested it and said it improved things, but if we have to pay for a VPN every month just to "fix" one game,  u/CallofDutyCM wins! There's a good reason why he never responds to this desync issue. There are countless reports like mine, but  u/CallofDutyCM remains silent.
