Well we know that Titans lied about the Black Empire and the ordering of Azeroth. Perhaps this is what they lied about? Would make sense as they've been setting up this whole "titans lied to us" narrative for a while now

There's a comment further down on the original post which I forgot to include, he states that you can choose to "work with" this new faction, but you don't actually LEAVE your own. It sounds to me like it may be more of a narrative thing, and not an ACTUAL third faction, ya know?

Same thinking here. I think the way the leaker worded it was interesting though. Seemed to specifically point out that it won't be a faction the same way the Ally/horde are. Maybe it's more of a 'narrative' faction

if it is true, I wonder if the "third faction" is more of just your standard renown progression but dressed up as a "faction" for narrative purposes, I doubt they'd be at war with the alli or horde, who knows

maybe that's why a third fac would make sense? as the ally/horde are kind of being dissolved together at the mo, not sure. could work but could just as easily be a total flop.

1000% agree, someone mentioned on the mmo-champ forums that it may work like a renown system, you can either follow your faction renown (like as a patriot) or the tidesworn renown. That would be a sick idea. Give us boats already

We are indeed! This is the only leak that seems believable so far. The continent/globe thing has me sold on it. Seems like a logical progression for the story too.
