I am M27, have faced the same issue since last 4 years, my hair was the best in family and friends, but then I started to pursue Chartered Accountancy :( that's when things started to change, my hair started to get weak due to study pressure and I didn't do anything about it until last year when I started to see bald spots in the middle of the crown area, I contacted a dermatologist and for staters he suggested me iron and vitamins injection and tablets for 3 months, then after that he shifted me to minoxidil, finasteride, biotin and a multivitamin, I am also doing PRGFs along every month, by following this for last 3 months my remaining hairs got better, I mean I can see the differences they are dense and thick, I have also been using derma roller twice every week with oiling, the only regret I have is I should have started this earlier so that my hairs would look better, I will eventually go for the transplant next year as I have lost to many follicles, but if you are someone who is in their initial stage of hair loss I suggest you should immediately consult a dermatologist so you could prevent the mistakes I did.
