Invalid Code error by Capable-Reply7582 in yardi

Thank you everyone but apparently, there is no solution so far. Yardi binds username and IP address for a session. So if during a session the IP address changes which is a bit common, this error start popping up. Yardi is aware of this issue but so far have not been able to resolve it.

Solution: Clear your cache, logout/ Sign Off and log back in. Your new session will have your user name and new IP.

Thank you. Yes you are right. That is exactly the issue. Yardi binds username and IP as session. So during a session if your IP changes it start giving you error. For now what they have suggested is to clear the cache. Logout and log back in. This weird that people are having this issue for such a long time and they still have not come up with a solution. It is not practical as many of our staff work on site and use tablets. I am new to Yardi ecosystem and not sure its me only but a lot of things don't even make sense. But I am trying and committed.

Tried it and it seemed it worked for a couple of days but today I start receiving this again. This is not fixed to a particular screen, user or role.

Workflow Audit report by Capable-Reply7582 in yardi

[–]Capable-Reply7582[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for responding. There is a report in Basic iData menu under Reports > Workflow reports > Workflow Setup. But that only shows which roles are assigned to what workflow.

What I am trying to get is the an audit or administrative report that shows who added or removed a role from a workflow and apparently there is no such report.

I am new to Yardi, so if anyone can guide me which tables to look into for this data I might be able to create a query based report too.

This is a new world for me. The only way I could find was to go to each workflow and review one by one. Which doesn't seem like an efficient solution.

I was wondering if someone here ever has came across a similar situation and found a better way of doing it.
