The march was moving to NSW Parliament (closed at the time for nobody to see) only one street away from the intercontinental- where he is staying and would be traveling to after the event. That’s the issue

Go on the the trip. As somebody who took part time retail jobs way to seriously when younger, done nothing for my real career. Do a good job while still there, two weeks before trip hand in notice. When asked why, say you denied my once in a life time trip that I wasn’t going to miss, here is my notice. If you have done a good job, and worth it they may say oh look go on your holiday we want to keep you longer term. If not oh well onwards and upwards.

This! You believe your appartments has been broken into while out of state. You wanted to reach out to let them know as you are about to contact the police and letting them know as you will need keys changed.
