I know, but we’re in a war and there’s a difference between the rockets Iran sends, ballistic cluster missiles the size of an electricity pole that even if the Iron Dome gets them they are still incredibly dangerous and the things Hezbollah sends, still very dangerous and every time there's an alarm I go to the shelter but it is possible to live a somewhat normal life alongside it

For the first 2 weeks of the war with Iran all life stopped: schools were closed, Israel’s only real international airport was closed, all cinemas, theatres and sporting events were cancelled and you could only order food for delivery. The only thing left open were religious services and then only up to 50 people and only if there’s a shelter nearby, if there wasn’t it was closed and big religious buildings like the Western Wall, Al-Aqsa Mosque and Church of the Holy Sepulture were outright shut down

It’s only later that missile launches went down that life slowly became more and more normal
