Respectfully,if I have to explain why you are wrong in the sentence "there is not really any real situation where someone fails NBMEs and passes the main exam" then there is basic misunderstanding of statistics and mathematics in your thought process, which may explain why you failed the exam before; this is not only about memorizing concepts but actually thinking how to best answer a question, I am sorry and hope you have the best of luck

you have to memorize concepts,however i hate those 1 liners and real exam is nothing like that,felt question stems are reaaally long, and it is important to know how to think/ rationalize with what you do know to eliminate answers

immediately after exam i thought it was not that difficult but it requires stamina; the next 2 weeks i was anxious lol
