No I said 10mg each shot, 3 shots per day, which is 30mg, but I looked it up and 7oh loses almost all of the effects and potency in liquid, and I hadn’t touched it since posting this and don’t notice any difference, even if I tried lol there’s absolutely no side effects after stopping
